Who We Are

Garden Partners, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, has been serving the Portland metropolitan area since 1999 designing and delivering therapeutic horticulture programs to elder-care facilities and one program for at-risk children. Now in our second decade we are developing new strategies that align with the national concern of health equity by establishing an urban farm that will encompass our roots in therapeutic gardening programs as well as expanding to include food-health educational programs that are intergenerational, inclusive and interactive.
