Partners, a not-for-profit organization, has been serving the Portland
metropolitan area since 1999. Our programs offer residents of long-term
care, assisted living and retirement centers an opportunity to experience
what they often miss the most — using their
hands to work with seeds, soil, and plants; watering and watching them
grow; and finally, harvesting vegetables, tasting
herbs and cutting flowers.
